Test data

Use these videos to test each case of your integration with the test partner ID. MEGOGO does not have a separate test environment: the test partner ID and test keys work on the production servers, with the real catalog.

Find test videos for your key

The catalog, the rights and the key settings are different for each partner and region. A video that plays for one key can be not available for another key. Find your test videos this way:

1. Take objects from your XML feed with the delivery rule that you want to test (<distribution vod_type="...">).
2. Send /video/info with the ID and the access_token of a test user.
3. Use the video if is_available is true (or if delivery_rules and purchase_info show the offer that you want to test). If the video is not available, restrictions tells why.

Test users

• Use a new user identifier for each test run, for example test-2026-10-31-01. MEGOGO creates the user with the first Billing API request.
• Do not use the identifiers of real users for tests.
• After the test, send unsubscribe for each test subscription.
• The Billing API has no request to cancel a purchase (buyMovie). Buy only the SD tariffs for tests, and agree the test plan with your MEGOGO manager.
